Government directive to expedite the completion of the Development Road Law project and fulfill all requirements for its implementation.

Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani stressed on Monday the importance of expediting the completion of the Development Roads Law project.
His media office stated in a statement received by (IQ) that “Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani chaired a meeting today, Monday, of the Higher Committee for the Development Road to discuss the draft law for the road, in line with the best global practices in this regard.”
He added that "the meeting reviewed the draft bill and discussed its details in order to complete it in a way that contributes to achieving the goals for which this strategic and international development project was launched, which will enhance Iraq's role as a pivotal center for regional and international trade and a link between continents."
During the meeting, Al-Sudani stressed "the importance of expediting the completion of the draft law and fulfilling all the requirements for launching its implementation, including related administrative and financial structures and infrastructure."
