Al-Sudani: The government has paid attention to the services sector since the beginning of its work.

Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani affirmed today, Tuesday (October 21, 2025), that the government, since the beginning of its work, has paid attention to the services sector.
The Prime Minister's media office stated in a statement received by Al-Eqtisad News that "Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani received a group of sheikhs and dignitaries from the Bani Uqba tribe in the capital, Baghdad."
Al-Sudani affirmed his "keenness to meet with our esteemed tribes, represented by their sheikhs, dignitaries, and various elites, and to listen to their problems and demands, given the significant value tribes hold for society and the social umbrella that provides the state with the finest competencies and administrative and leadership figures."
He explained, "Our noble tribes have always stood with the state and the law, supporting them in the most difficult times. That's why they are now facing the important task of holding legislative elections, which requires broad, effective, and informed participation to choose representatives who represent their concerns and aspirations."
According to the statement, the Prime Minister affirmed that "the government, since the beginning of its work, has paid attention to the services sector and launched work on infrastructure and service projects in Baghdad and all governorates, to meet the demands and needs of citizens."
