Date
8/10/2025
Minister of Transport, Razak Muhaibis Al-Saadawi, confirmed today, Wednesday, that Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani has facilitated many of the difficulties facing the development road project, while pointing out that the Supreme Committee has removed the development road project from bureaucracy and administrative routine.
Al-Saadawi said, in an interview with the official agency, followed by "Al-Ghad Press," that "every project has a set of challenges, including the Development Road project, which faced many challenges, but they were dealt with in a special and distinguished manner through the Higher Committee for the Development Road, headed by Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani."
He added, "The Prime Minister's presence at the head of the committee responsible for the development road project has facilitated many of the difficulties, obstacles, and challenges facing the project, through the decisions issued by the Council of Ministers and his cooperation in overcoming the difficulties facing this project."
He explained that "one of the things the Supreme Committee for the Development Road, headed by the Prime Minister, is working on is to distance this project from the administrative bureaucracy and routine that ministries deal with."
